I am Amir Rezaeirpour, a certified fitness and nutritionist in North Vancouver. I help people reach their personal fitness goals with a focus on strength training, including optimizing their diet for optimal and fast results. I understand not everyone wants to look like a bodybuilder, but I know how to do strength exercises correctly to help you avoid injury and get the best results in the shortest time possible.
